Globall sign Licensing Agreement with Gilbert Rugby
• Globall Ltd manufacturers of the England Rugby Gift, the England Rugby Ball Light.
• The Gilbert Rugby ball is used by the majority of elite rugby teams throughout the world.
Globall Ltd. announced today that they have entered into an agreement with Gilbert Rugby. The company has been granted rights to use the world-renowned Gilbert ball markings on variations of its Rugby Ball Light product, opening the door for an expanded range of lamps.
Globall currently produce a version of their desk lamp under license from the RFU, has signed a deal which runs until 2020. Globall will be allowed to use the renowned coloured ellipse trim and Gilbert name & logo on an expanded product range.
“A lot of rugby fans want to give our lamp as a gift, so we get a huge number of requests for different team lamps from customers. Until now we have not been able to respond to these enquiries. The response has been excellent. However, we can now also produce lamps for local clubs, the grass roots of the game, anyone associated with the sport actually, which is really exciting. Released in 2016 the England Rugby Ball Light is the first consumer product designed and manufactured by Globall Ltd.
