Rugby Ball Light is a brand name owned and managed by Globall Ltd.

You must read these Terms & Conditions of Sale carefully. By placing an order with Globall Ltd, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions of Sale, you must not place an order.

The Terms and Conditions here shall have precedents over any Terms and Conditions issued by you whether prior to or subsequent to placing an order.

No relaxation or delay by us in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms and Conditions of Sale shall operate as a waiver of that right or remedy or shall affect our ability to exercise that right or remedy subsequently. Any waiver must be agreed by us in writing.

If any of these Terms and Conditions of Sale are found to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable by a competent jurisdiction, the rest of these Terms and Conditions of Sale shall remain in full force and effect.
In no circumstances will we be liable for any loss howsoever caused incurred by you by any action or inaction of Globall Ltd. in relation to these Terms & Conditions of Sale.

We may, from time to time, update or amend these Terms and Conditions of Sale, to ensure compliance with the law or our business requirements, without notice.

These Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be governed by and in accordance with the laws of England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.

All orders are shipped as complete product cartons. (The current carton size is 4 (four) identical units, but you should check with your salesperson prior to placing an order). Any additional charges will be automatically added to your invoice.

Please note that the issuing of a Purchase Order or verbal or other written instruction does not constitute our acceptance of your offer to purchase products or services from us. Order acceptance of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch, to you, of the products ordered. Prior to dispatch of the product or service, Globall Ltd. maintains the right to decline an order for any reason.

Orders will only be processed following the issue of a duly authorised Purchase Order or other written instructions.

If we cannot supply you with the products or service you ordered, we will not process your order. We will inform you of this in writing (including email) and, if you have already paid for the products or service, refund you in full as soon as reasonably possible.

If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order or part of your order, including expected delivery dates, we will inform you as soon as possible. You acknowledge that Globall will not be liable for any loss in such circumstances.

All payments must be made on or before the credit terms noted on the invoice. You acknowledge that Globall has the right to charge interest in line with current Government late payment provisions.

All products ordered remain the property of Globall Ltd. until full payment has been received and delivery has been made to an address specified by you. If products received by you are not fully paid for on or before the credit term limit stipulated on the invoice, you must either, make immediate payment to us or immediately return the goods to us at your expense. If you do not return or pay for the product within the credit term limit stipulated, we reserve the right to reclaim the product at your expense. We reserve the right to charge you for any damage to the product and packaging incurred whilst in your care.

Product Description
We endeavour to ensure that prices quoted are correct and that all products have been accurately described and illustrated. However, when ordering products please note that:

  • all prices are in pounds Sterling (unless stated otherwise) and exclusive of sales tax and/or local duties and taxes
  • the weights and dimensions shown are approximate and for guidance only. They should not be used in critical circumstances
  • we take reasonable care to illustrate and describe our products accurately. The actual displayed colours may vary. Samples, printed and electronic images may not accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery
  • imagery is for illustration only and we reserve the right to change the specification and design without prior notice
  • all orders are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the product you have ordered is not available

The product must be sold as delivered. The purchaser may not alter or knowingly allow the product to be altered without prior written consent from Globall Ltd and Gilbert Rugby.


Prices are quoted excluding delivery (unless otherwise agreed in advance).

Where a specific delivery time is specified by you, we will endeavour to comply with this request. In no circumstances will we be liable for any loss howsoever caused incurred by you by not delivering at the specified time.

Please carefully check all products within 3 days of arrival at your address. Any omissions or damages notified after this timed will not be considered.

If you decide to cancel your order prior to shipping, please email We will cancel your order and fully refund your payment. Confirmation of cancellation will be emailed to you. Unfortunately, once dispatch processing the order has been started cancellation is no longer available.

The decision on whether to accept returns rest solely with Globall Ltd.

A restocking charge of 20% of the wholesale value of the goods or £50 (which-ever is the greater) will be charged for all returned shipments.

Only complete cartons of 4 identical lamps may be returned.

Any damaged items or packaging will be charged at the full retail value (as shown on the RBL website at the time of the return).

Faulty Goods Returns

All faulty goods must be returned to Globall Ltd. Under no circumstances are goods to be destroyed. No correspondence will be entered into on this matter. This requirement supersedes any conditions or notices you may issue either prior to or after receipt of the goods.

On receipt of the faulty items by Globall Ltd, as soon as reasonably possible, a refund will be issued.
