I want to assure you that we are making the health of our team and customers our top priority. I am convinced that all the businesses we work with are doing their utmost to protect their staff and customers and are complying with the governments social distancing and hygiene guidelines. Below are a few essential measures we are taking.
- The Globall/Rugby Ball Light team all work remotely.
- Our lamps are manufactured in China. Our last consignment of lamps was shipped late last Autumn and spent the best part of 4 weeks at sea before arriving in the UK.
- Our warehouse supplier has fully briefed their staff on social distancing and hygiene measures. Only essential staff are onsite, and a strict 2m social distancing policy is in place for those in the building. The frequency of the cleaning regime has increased, and medical hand sanitizer is available at all times.
- The vast majority of our shipping is managed by the Royal Mail or DPD. Both companies have introduced significant measures to protect staff and customers.
I have every confidence that we are doing all we can to make our business as safe for our customers and staff as possible and we are complying with all the government’s advice.
