Competitions Terms & Conditions

  1. The competition is organised by Globall Ltd. (aka as Rugby Ball Light) whose registered office is at 37 Warren Street, London, W1T 6AD.
  2. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  3. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 years or over except employees of Globall Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
  4. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter these competitions.
  5. Route to entry for the competition, details of how to enter and rules of the competition are via Globall Ltd/Rugby Ball Light social media channels.
  6. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
  7. Closing date for entry to each competition will be as advertised on social media channels. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
  8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  9. Globall Ltd. is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  10. The prize will be as advertised only and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  11. Winners will be chosen after the advertised closing date at random from all entries received and verified by Globall Ltd. and or its agents. Or as a result of a popular vote conducted via social media sites as measured and recorded and verified by Globall Ltd. and or its agents. Or by an independent adjudicator or panel of judges appointed by the Globall Ltd. Or by other means as determined by Globall Ltd.
  12. The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Twitter/Facebook and/or letter within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  13. Globall Ltd. will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / will be delivered.
  14. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by emailing the following address info@RugbyBallLight.co.uk
  15. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
  16. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Globall Ltd and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy found at https://www.rugbyballlight.co.uk/privacy-policy/.
  17. All entrants must be ‘following’ RugbyBallLight (RBL) on whichever social media channel the competition is run, including but not limited to Twitter / Instagram / Pinterest / Facebook, to be eligible to enter the competition.
  18. Globall Ltd shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
  19. Globall Ltd‘s decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final.
  20. Globall Ltd at its sole discretion reserves the right to cancel the competition at any time.
  21. The decision of Globall Ltd. in respect of all matters to do with competitions will be final.
  22. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
  23. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
